Christine DeGrammont, Senior Sales Director
I live in Lakeville Minnesota with my husband Nick and our two sons. We have a little white maltese, “Samie”, who is the other “girl” in the house! I began my Mary Kay business in September 1994 after I heard the marketing plan and saw the incredible opportunities. With lots of determination and enthusiasm, I earned my first free Mary Kay career car in just 9 months. After earning my car, Nick and I agreed there was no other career opportunity that could give us the income, company car, flexibility, and sound company like Mary Kay! A few months later, I was a new Independent Sales Director resigning my full time investment/insurance career of 60 hours a week. It was so exciting for me to be able to use my English and Art major from Hamline University in my new career. Since 1994 I have enjoyed owning a profitable business, being a stay at home mom, making life long girl friends, having no car payments, and continually learning and challenging myself.
Some of my career achievements include:
On a personal note, I am a Hamline University Graduate, with BA degree in English and Art. I enjoy exercising, reading, scrapbooking and quilting. My favorite time of day is early morning or late, late night and my favorite all time book is the Bible. I am truly motivated by helping others achieve small successes, in turn creating huge results!
As a Sales Director, my job is to be a Business Advisor and Mentor, NOT your boss. I will match my time with your efforts and desires. I promise to work as closely with you as you like. I have a 24 hour policy – that means I will return all calls within 24 hours unless I am out of town. We also have a special Facebook Group just for you! Simply “friend” me and I will add you to our MK Dazzle Unit group. This is where we share any good news about our business and encourage each other!
My success is directly related to the personal success and achievements of my consultants’ goals. I am willing to mentor you anyway I can in your Mary Kay business. We are all in this together and my greatest joy comes from watching you achieve your hearts desires – so DREAM BIG!

1st Line Sales Directors
 | Lori Peterson, Senior Sales Director, Duluth, MN
Lori started her business in June 1995 as a college senior. She built her business part time while working her "real" job upon graduation as a health insurance marketer. She loved the worked and hated the commute. One year later Lori debuted as a Sales Director and earned her first career car. She has been driving a career car ever since. She is wife to Chad and mom to two darling young boys. She loves reading, sewing, and recently running a half marathon! She is driving the presigious pink Cadillac, has been a member of the Circle of Achievement for the past 7 years, and has one offspring Director Pamela Simonson. Visit www.lindestars.com. |
 | Michelle Reisenauer, Senior Director, Lakeville, MN
Michelle started her business in April 2002 and debuted as a Sales Director one year later! She has owned a retail pet store and was the largest breeder of exotic birds in the upper midwest before pursing her fulltime Mary Kay. Michelle holds the records for the fastest earned career car in our unit! She went on target for her car in the first month of her business! She loves the fun, friends, personal growth and setting personal goals! Michelle is married to Dwight and has feathered kids (birds)! Her highest achievment to date is crossing the National Court of Sales stage twice! In her free time she enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, gardening and working out. |
2nd Line Sales Directors
 | Pamela Simonson, Sales Director, Rogers, MN (Lori Peterson, Senior Director)
Pamela started her business in August of 1996 for the tax deductions and some extra money. She debuted as a Director June 1998. She has earned the use of six career cars, the last three being the prestigious pink Cadillac! What she loves most about her Mary Kay career is the flexibility – to be home and be “mom” AND the ability to love what she does everyday. Her highest achivement is being nominated as the July 2007 Monthly Go Give Nominee as well as achieving the National Court of Sales, Court of Sharing, and Unit Circle of Achievement 7 years. She is a Triple Star Achiever. Pamela is married to Kevin and they have two small children. Pamela enjoys reading, scrapbooking and going to the cabin. |
 | Jill Nelson, Sales Director, Monticello, MN (Lori Peterson, Senior Director)
Jill started her business in April 2004 as a back-up plan for the corporate job where she had recently been demoted from management, due to restructuring after 9/11. She debuted as a Director July 1st, 2006 because she wanted financial security – and to have the best of both worlds…a working, stay at home mom! What she loves most about her Mary Kay career is the ability to grow in her faith and take others along to achieve God’s best plan for our lives. Jill is currently taking the cash option for the Pontiac Vibe. She is wife to Tony and they have three small children. |
 | Aracely McCoy, Sales Director (Michelle Reisenauer, Senior Director)
Aracely debuted as a Sales Director August 1, 2008! She started her business one year ago after hearing the marketing plan in spanish, at a show held by her recruiter Molly Bellmont who is biligual. At that time Aracely did not speak any English. Through her Mary Kay she has self taught herself to be fluent in English and a huge success in Mary Kay. Prior to Mary Kay she practiced law in Mexico. Aracely is married to her husband Ted and they have two beautiful girls. In her free time she enjoys her family and friends. |
 | Kim McIntyre, Sales Director (Lori Peterson, Future Executive Sales Director)
Kim debuted as a Sales Director on July 1, 2011! She started her business in 2006 after attending a Mary Kay success event. Kim is married to her husband Jay and they have one son, Nathan. Kim fell in love with the products and the marketing plan. Kim had stepped out of mgmt, to work part-time in the medical industry after being blessed with Nathan in 2003. Kim knew working full time outside of the home was never an option for her. Kim's Mary Kay business has given her freedom and flexibility, and most recently she quit her part-time job after working in the medical industry for the past 23 years. Kim looks forward to living the life of a Mary Kay Sales Director. In her free time she loves spending time with her family and friends. |
 | Jaime Fipp, Sales Director(Lori Peterson, Senior Director)
Jaime debuted as a Sales Director July 1, 2011. She started her business in 2000 after being a model at a guest event and having used the products for only 2 months. She was a college student who lived in the Twin Cities but took classes down in Mankato, so there was no time for extras in her life, but she liked the idea of being able to learn how to apply makeup and make some extra spending cash. Jaime earned her first car with Mary Kay in 2004. She is married to Joe and has a wonderful little boy, Thomas, that she gets to stay at home with. |
